A. If Your Order Isn’t Received:

  2. Track Your Order: Use your billing Email and Order Number at Order Tracking. If the status is “COMPLETED,” download your report(s) from Downloads.
  3. Email Accessibility: Ensure your email account can receive messages. Issues like full mailboxes or spam blocks on your end aren’t grounds for a full refund.
  4. Network Delays: Allow up to 10 minutes for delivery to account for any network issues.

Full Refund Policy:

  • If you meet the above conditions and still haven’t received your report(s), contact us at Customer Support. Choose between 1.25X store credits (1 credit = $1) or a full refund to your original payment method. Refund requests are subject to verification.

  • If your report is missing, has a non-functioning link, or lacks content, contact us immediately. We offer a choice of re-sending your report or providing a refund (1.25X store credits or full original payment method refund).
